कुछ संतो ने, विद्वानों ने गौ माता के बारे मे इस तरह कहा :

★सम्पूर्ण गौवंश परम उपकारी है | सबका कर्तव्य है तन, मन, धन लगाकर गौ हत्या पूर्ण रूप से बन्द करावे. ----------सेठ जुगल किशोर बिडला जी |
★जब तक भारत की भूमि पर गौ रक्त गिरेगा तब तक देश सुख-शांति ,धन-धान्य, से वंचित रहेगा| ------------गौ प्राण हनुमान प्रसाद पोद्दारजी |
